SIMPLE PEACH COBBLER


PEACH COBBLER
Pantry Items:
One 29 ounce can of Del Monte sliced peaches
One 18.5 ounce box of Duncan Hines moist deluxe butter recipe golden cake mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Tablespoon pats of Country Crock
One 8″x9″ square glass pan

This photo is what the peach cobbler Looks like before baking.

PREPARATION:

In square glass pan, pour in peaches and peach juice, drain out about 1/2 inch of peach liquid

Add in half of Duncan Hines cake mix, save the rest for another cobbler

Mix peaches, juice and cake mix together

When peach juice has absorbed the cake mix, smooth out top and sprinkle 1/4 sugar on top

Add Country Crock butter pats on top, evenly around the pan.

I bake the cobbler on top shelf and at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust topping is golden.

Peach Cobbler is Golden and Ready to Serve
